If you receive a defective item, please contact us through the contact form on our website with the order details and an explanation of the problem. However, keep in mind that if the code is redeemed (used) you may receive a refusal to any return or cancellation on our part. Cardstation is not responsible in the event that through the buyer a third person has access to your purchase, whether caused by fraud, assignment, theft or any other form of access to it. To this end, the buyer user automatically waives his right to a refund of the amount as soon as the code has been exchanged. Once a money refund has been made, any delay will be beyond Cardstation's responsibility.
